The A-Feed UPS has been installed and commissioned and is now operating in online mode. Normal power protection for the facility is now restored.

The affected UPS has now been bypassed. Engineers are closely monitoring the situation. Please see the maintenance email notification sent earlier for more details.

Fastnet engineers are aware of a further power failure at the Brighton Datacentre. Power engineers are currently onsite investigating and can confirm the same A-Feed as the failure previously found this week. All systems are performing normally at the moment whilst we continue to investigate.

Supplier engineers have run a diagnostic test on the A-Feed UPS and have not identified any issues. We will continue to monitor the situation and have an emergency protocol in place in case of any further problems.

We are aware of a brief period of power instability affecting one of the diverse feeds to a portion of the Brighton Datacentre. Engineers are investigating and coordinating with suppliers to diagnose and rectify the issue.
