The Brighton Dome is an iconic concert hall and arts venue which was originally commissioned as the stables for the Prince Regent’s Royal Pavilion.

The Dome needed an efficient phone system for their event spaces, offices and reservation team. They were also interested in analysing their phone calls, recording some for training purposes and making sure they were ready for the PSTN switch off.

The Dome knew that an internet-based VoIP phone systems would work best for them and understood that the quality of their voice calls would be wholly dependent on the quality of their internet connection. Fastnet were already providing connectivity so it made sense to keep these services under one roof.

Fastnet have given us a rock solid internet connection for many years now so I wanted them to take care of our phones. I didn’t want a VOIP provider telling me the problem was with my internet connection! I know the Fastnet engineers well, and I know exactly who to call if I have a problem.
