To allow Fastnet engineers to provide remote assistance, you may be asked to download and run a small TeamViewer application.

TeamViewer creates a secure, encrypted connection between your device and our engineer, enabling us to diagnose and resolve issues quickly while you remain in control of the session. All communications are protected using industry-standard encryption technologies, including 4096-bit RSA key exchange and AES-256 encryption, helping to ensure the security and privacy of your data.
