Cardonet have co-located their hardware in our data centre in Brighton. They see our facility as an extension of their head office in London, and our people as an extension of their technical team. They wanted a secure and resilient environment for their equipment which could provide seamless availability and continuity.
Cardonet chose Fastnet so that they could focus on their core business. Brighton offers Cardonet engineers the best of both worlds. We’re far enough away from London to offer real data redundancy but yet close enough to visit whenever they wish.
Data is our most important asset and so data sovereignty is really important to us. There are lots of things we are not willing to trust to the cloud. We were looking for a safe pair of hands outside of London and we found them at Fastnet.
