How to log in to cPanel

cPanel is the control panel used to manage your website hosting account. It allows you to manage areas such as files, domains, email accounts, databases, backups, and other hosting settings.

When your cPanel account is first created, we will send you the relevant login details. This will usually include:

  • Your cPanel username
  • Your temporary or initial password
  • The cPanel login URL or host address
  • Any additional information relevant to your hosting account

To log in to cPanel, open the login URL provided by Fastnet and enter your username and password.

For security reasons, we recommend changing your initial password after you first log in, unless you have already been provided with a secure password that does not need changing. Your new password should be strong, unique, and not used for any other service.

If you have forgotten your cPanel password, or if your login details are not working, please contact the Fastnet Helpdesk. We can help confirm the correct login URL and advise on resetting your access.

Please do not share your cPanel password with anyone who does not need access to your hosting account. cPanel can provide access to important website, database, and email settings, so login details should be kept secure.
