Customer Service Upgrade

Maintaining award winning customer service doesn't just mean keeping up the good work. We are constantly tweaking and improving the way we operate at Fastnet in order to stay one step ahead of our customer's needs.

From July 1st 2017, we will be extending our Technical Support hours from the current 09:00 - 17:30 to 08:00 – 18:00 Monday-Friday. This will allow our customers to report and resolve technical issues before and after standard working hours. We see this as opportunity to provide our customers with an even better experience, and in turn provide them with more time for productivity during 'normal' working hours.
